It is my great pleasure to serve Shri P. K. Mehta College of Special Education, Palanpur,, as “Director of the College”. Our core values of excellence, integrity, transparency, quality, team work, execution with passion, trust, continuous and student centric learning are all closely integrated into our academic programs. College has a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty who devote their time not only to teaching but also for the overall development of the student teachers. The college provides full support to improve their communication skills, critical thinking abilities, moral values and sense of responsibility. All efforts are made to improve the creativity and problem solving abilities of the students teachers, so that, they can contribute their best to the society and the country.

The infrastructure has been developed with most modern equipment; provisions have also been made to upgrade the same keeping pace with the technological advancements of the time. My purpose behind setting up this institution is to provide quality teachers in this district and the governing body of the Shri P. K. Mehta College of Special Education, Palanpur is committed to it.

We are confident that the students teachers passing out from this college will be technically sound in their skills of teaching, confident and have good leadership skills.
